At approximately 7:55pm, on April 7, 2025, I conducted a human initiated UFO encounter:
a ‘Close Encounter of the Fifth Kind’ or ‘CE5’, alone, at a location near Pewsey, in Wiltshire (England), where two UFO sites, and their respective ‘UFO windows’, could be observed and videotaped:

1) A flooded wood near Milton Lilbourne where, on July 10, 2018, I videotaped a brief Ball Plasma sighting after another solo CE5 (Fig.1a); and 2) Martinsell Hill, where I had observed many ball plasmas and Extraterrestrial aerial craft in the past, especially above and near Broomsgrove Wood and a manmade pond close by (Fig.1b).

Days before the sighting I chose a UFO site: a flooded wood near Milton Lilbourne, and a viewing location for the CE5 and visited the latter to see where to place the camera, etc. Then I chose the day of the CE5, which was the better of several ideal weather days for the materialization of ball plasma. On the same day I prepared the camera and charged the battery. Then, hours before the onsite CE5, I stated my intentions to the Infinite Intelligence: what I would be doing, where, when, why and for how long, and asked if it was possible for one or more ball plasma and or an Extraterrestrial aerial craft to appear, to do so above the wood near Milton Lilbourne sometime during the last hour before nightfall. This would be my UFO watching time window. I also asked the ‘Infinite Intelligence’ to relay my intentions, requested location and permission to videotape anything that may appear, to any benevolent Extraterrestrial Intelligences able to respond.

Once onsite, a place I knew well but hadn’t initiated and videotaped a UFO sighting from before, I set up the camera, and within five minutes noticed that fading light, haze and shadow had made Martinsell Hill unsuitable for recording UFOs from my location.

This was just as well as with every passing minute I increasingly sensed (clairvoyantly) that one or more ball plasma, and or an Extraterrestrial aerial craft, was going to appear where I had requested it, so I focused all of my attention on the sky above the flooded wood (just over 1½ miles away). Five minutes later my CE5 request was answered...

After appearing suddenly, in motion, above and behind the Northern end of the flooded wood the first UFO flew a short distance and stopped, and hovered for several minutes. This was when I began videotaping it. With the camera taking a little time to power up, zoom towards the luminous object, and bring it into focus manually, I wasn’t able to record the UFOs initial flight. However from its appearance and what I sensed clairvoyantly I immediately recognized, and knew, it was an Extraterrestrial aerial craft that had responded to my CE5 request and not Ball Plasma (a fiery ‘Dragon’) on this occasion (Fig.2).

There are distinct differences between Naturally and Supernaturally generated ion plasma and artificially generated ion plasma by Extraterrestrial technology. Because they are different, because the source and method of ion plasma generation is different, they look different. To an observer experiencing Superconscious awareness (i.e.: Clairvoyance) they are also perceived differently.

Offsite and onsite I noted the ideal weather conditions and felt the potentiality of ball plasma but not the presence of it, including the ‘non-physical’, non-visible light frequency, invisible in an ordinary state of Consciousness, luminosities that can precede it. However I knew something. I knew one or more ball plasma and or an Extraterrestrial aerial craft was going to appear where I had requested it, and clairvoyantly sensed it, just not which until it did.

Like an artificial Sun, glowing, shining and flickering in the low sky, the entire object was self-luminous. Intensely bright the first and later second self-similar looking UFO appeared to pulsate and oscillate extremely fast.

The brightness of the UFOs required a very high-energy source, supply and on board ‘power-plant’
(i.e.: some type of device serving as a reactor, generator or oscillator perhaps) to produce.

Our Sun, for example, is bright because of nuclear fusion occurring at its core. At the ‘core’ of both UFOs must have been a very powerful non-mechanical generator of either electromagnetic energy and or very high frequency oscillation energy, capable of producing nuclear-like hot ion plasma (ionized, electrified air) around it, and a continuous, or not, brilliant, broad spectrum, incandescent, sonoluminescent effect (Fig.3).

As intense as the light was it was also very contained. This was another clue I think to what was generating it.

Both UFOs were self-luminous and intensely bright while hovering and when moving were either a bright irregularly flashing object or a continuously illuminated one or one dimmed to a faint opaque white glow.

Most of the time both UFOs emitted white light: a combination of all of the colours of the visible light band of the electromagnetic spectrum. At other times and mostly the first UFO, and during the opening minutes of the sighting, they emitted electromagnetic energy at varying wavelengths that produced multiple iridescent colours (like florescent ‘Mother of Pearl’), which were beautiful to observe. The first UFO changed colour frequently too and appeared to emit more than one colour at the same time (or simply multiple colours very fast), with no obvious frequency pattern, oscillation or alternation. That’s not to say there wasn’t one as both UFOs pulsated intensely (Fig.4).

Unlike aircraft and helicopter anti-collision lights that flash a certain number of times or cycles per minute, with regular intervals, the two unidentified Extraterrestrial aerial objects had an irregular flashing pattern. The same type of flashing I have observed and videotaped during other Extraterrestrial technology type UFO sightings, including an object I recorded near the Vale of Pewsey in 2001 (View: UFO SIGHTINGS - Part 14), and above North West Santa Monica in 2007 (View: UFO SIGHTINGS - Part 7).

After maintaining a stationary position for about 3 minutes the first UFO suddenly reduced its illumination
and began to fly back towards the flooded wood (Fig.5 & 6).

Now faintly self-illuminated, flickering and flashing intermittently, the object looked like many self-luminous white ‘spheres’ I had observed and videotaped, near and above, where my wife, Kris (Sherwood) and I were living, and conducting Extraterrestrial Intelligence participation invited Earth Healing and World Peace meditations, in North West Santa Monica (in California, USA), in 2006 and 2007 (Fig.7a & 7b).

The first UFO dimmed, flickered and flashed and disappeared while flying towards the flooded wood. Several minutes later it reappeared, brightly illuminated, just above and behind a line of trees (an adjoining wooded footpath) close to the flooded wood. There it slowly dipped below the trees and disappeared again for several minutes, skillfully hiding in plain sight I think from surprising and alarming anyone living and working nearby.

Sensing the UFOs presence but unable to see it I continued observing and a few minutes later it reappeared where it had disappeared and very slowly proceeded to approach the flooded wood. As it did it dimmed its illumination again to a faint glow before disappearing behind the treetops of the wood.

A few minutes after the first UFO slowly disappeared from view a second self-luminous sphere appeared where the first had flown towards, disappeared on route and reappeared (Fig.8, left). Then, moments later, the first UFO reappeared, having flown a short distance behind and below the treetops of the flooded wood, stopped and ascended (Fig.8, right). With now two, initially stationary, self-luminous aerial objects in sight I zoomed towards the second one for a closer view (Fig.9).

Like the first UFO at the beginning of the sighting the second UFO remained stationary for several minutes. During this time I continued to express my gratitude for what was becoming a fairly long duration UFO sighting and CE5 response, with more than one object now remaining close to where I had requested one or more Ball Plasma and or Extraterrestrial aerial craft.

In a moment of unfortunate timing and reduced situational awareness, as I zoomed towards the second UFO the first one reappeared above the flooded wood. Observing much of the UFO sighting indirectly, via the video cameras 2-inch wide LCD screen, meant I didn’t see it at the time and as a result mistook the second UFO for the first one returned, and the first UFO, actually returning, for the second one. Later when I viewed the video recording it was clear which was which (as detailed in this report and in the ‘more’ text supporting ‘UFO SIGHTINGS – Part 16’ on YouTube.com).

When I zoomed back from videotaping the second UFO, holding a stationary position where the first had reappeared initially (before hiding below the trees, reappearing again and flying towards and disappearing behind the flooded wood), the first (what I mistook to be the second) came into view. Despite my perceptual error on camera there were now two self-similar looking self-luminous UFOs in view: one stationary and emitting light continuously; and another moving and emitting light varyingly.

Remaining close to the flooded wood, hovering here and there, and flying back and forth, low above the treetops, disappearing from sight when perhaps necessary, otherwise not, switching positions and actions with purpose and grace, the two unidentified Extraterrestrial aerial objects performed a silent aerial ‘ballet’ for the live, and later viewing, video audience who I had conducted the solo CE5 for.

As the first UFO slowly and steadily approached the second UFO it flickered and flashed irregularly, like a number of self-luminous spheres I have observed and videotaped over the years at other locations, including near the Vale of Pewsey in 2001 (View: UFO SIGHTINGS - Part 14) and above North West Santa Monica in 2007 (View: UFO SIGHTINGS - Part 7).

After passing behind the second UFO the first, an irregularly flashing self-luminous white object, emitted colour, gradually increased in brightness, became a steady brilliant white object (identical to the second UFO it was exchanging positions with), reduced its speed and took up an almost stationary position nearby (Fig.12). As it did the second UFO synchronously and considerably reduced its illumination, and began to fly quickly towards the flooded wood, intermittently and irregularly flashing, as the first had, along the way.

With the second UFO (misidentified on camera as the first) leaving the partially zoomed camera frame and hard to see (especially on the cameras 2 inch LCD screen), and realizing I couldn’t record both, I decided to continue recording the UFO I could see: the first one, now hovering.

The bright mauve coloured flash occurs right after I say on camera, “This is number two. It’s obviously an identical object, and it’s great.” The flash occurs on one frame only, 8 minutes and 39 seconds into the video (UFO SIGHTINGS – Part 16), and is easily missed unless one spots it. Although extremely brief it was I think very significant, as the single mauve flash, in addition to other observable characteristics of the UFOs, confirmed they were unidentified Extraterrestrial aerial craft of some kind and not, on this occasion, Ball Plasmas, or any other type of related natural and or Supernatural ‘phenomena’ (Fig.13).

Early that day I had humbly and sincerely stated my CE5 intentions to the Infinite Intelligence, and requested the appearance of one or more ball plasma and or an Extraterrestrial aerial craft, if possible, above or near the flooded wood near Milton Lilbourne, where on July 18th, 2018 (the last time I picked up a video camera to record a CE5) I videotaped a short duration ball plasma. This time, on camera, I said, “I’ve requested a light form or craft to appear at this location” (the flooded wood) and two Extraterrestrial aerial craft, identical to others I had videotaped in varying numbers, formations and configurations, near and above our apartment in North West Santa Monica, in 2006 and 2007, had appeared.

After ‘relieving’ the second UFO from its stationary position the first UFO took up an almost stationary position flying very slowly away from the flooded wood. As it did, like before, only now the sky was considerably darker, it emitted various gorgeous bright colours, radiated light intensely and emitted a similarly contained bright white flash, in the same place as the mauve flash, right above the first UFO. The small round flash occurred just as I said on camera, “as well” in the sentence, “Let’s see what the time is just so we can record that as well” (approx. 9 minutes and 19 seconds into UFO SIGHTINGS – Part 16). The white flash, like the mauve flash, was another indication of technology (i.e.: a flashing ‘light’). (Fig.14)
 
Soon after the flash I looked above the cameras LCD screen and noticed the second UFO (which had flown outside the cameras partially zoomed view and briefly disappeared) had reappeared above the flooded wood, and was returning. I quickly zoomed back to record the first and second UFO in view. Both were brightly self-illuminated, flying very slowly and maintaining equidistance. Though far apart it was evident they could fly in a synchronized manner, together as a formation, as well as independent aerial objects (Fig.15).

As both UFOs flew very slowly away from the flooded wood another form of synchronization occurred when I said on camera, “Thank you for appearing very much. It’s been a while since I have seen you like this”, and immediately the first UFO reversed direction, without slowing, stopping or turning, and brightened more intensely, as though acknowledging the acknowledgement, and began flying back towards the flooded wood, at an increasing pace, as it had at the beginning of the sighting: as a dimly illuminated, irregularly flashing, self-luminous white and then invisible object.

Then, after 11½ minutes of videotaping, when the first UFO dramatically increased in brightness the video camera battery started failing and repeatedly thereafter. I could hardly record anything for more than a few seconds before the camera battery icon appeared and the recording stopped. Unfortunately this happened during the most impressive moment of the sighting too (up to that point), when I waved, expressed love and gratitude towards the Extraterrestrial Intelligences that had responded to my request and immediately the second UFO brightened tremendously.

Suddenly increasing its diameter of illumination the second UFO looked at least 3 times larger than it did before and afterwards, and brighter, discharging electromagnetic energy at a higher intensity, and light at multiple frequencies, and wavelengths, producing many brilliant gorgeous colours. It was a beautiful response and one deeply felt since I hadn’t conducted a CE5, asking (via the Infinite Intelligence) any benevolent Extraterrestrial Intelligences to appear at a certain location, and time, in seven years.

When the first Extraterrestrial aerial craft paused and increased in brightness dramatically the second also paused, was intensely radiant, and appeared to emit small irregular flashes of white light off the main object, especially on one side. Though I wasn’t able to record this closely zoomed in on the second UFO I did record it while zoomed back to record both objects.

At this point in the sighting, with nightfall fast approaching and the camera barely working, I recorded little more. The first UFO had disappeared while flying back towards the flooded wood and the second UFO (after its very brief but tremendous illumination) had also begun to very slowly return towards the wood. Then the first briefly reappeared as an irregularly flashing object and then as a non-flashing object. I thanked both once again for remaining in view as long as they had, even though I couldn’t videotape them at this point, and this time the first UFO illuminated tremendously and colourfully, just like the second had. Once again I couldn’t videotape the response but I observed it and deeply appreciated it, like many other requested sightings, and UFO signs of support, I had videotaped and not videotaped over the years.

A few minutes after the second amazing illumination, as a helicopter (with a regular flashing white light) slowly approached the area from the South, both UFOs came together closely, dimmed down to barely visible, slowly headed away from the flooded wood once more and disappeared from view. The requested sighting, of one or more ball plasma and or an Extraterrestrial aerial craft, had lasted about 35 minutes.

Flying under intelligent non-human control both UFOs had remained within the requested area, alternating their positions and actions, near and above the flooded wood.

FURTHER OBSERVATIONS, INFORMATION & LINKS:

What did I videotape near Milton Lilbourne?

Ruling out manmade aerial objects: aircraft, helicopters and drones.

First any airplane or helicopter flying where the UFOs were videotape would have been very identifiable, visually and or audibly, to the unaided and aided eye, and ear, and recorded by the video camera under the prevailing weather conditions, which included clear sky, good visibility (especially looking East towards the flooded wood), and no wind.

The Hi8 video camera has a 20x optical zoom and a 360x digital zoom, and a helicopter or aircraft 1½ miles from the camera is easily discerned.

For an example of the zoom range of the video camera view: UFO SIGHTINGS - Part 14 and the illuminated communication mast I recorded, before an eventful solo CE5 in 2001, that occurred 8½ miles from the camera.

Second no airplane, helicopter or drone is completely silent; entirely self-luminous; ‘spherical’ in shape; can appear and disappear in clear sky; fly under intelligent control without any visible means of propulsion; counter the force and effects of gravity, inertia, and air resistance, and perform abrupt and precise aerial maneuvers beyond anything currently possible with human technology; and can generate light, electromagnetic energy, waves of oscillating electric and magnetic energy, as intense as both UFOs did.

It was, among other things, the intensity of the light emitted and contained by both UFOs that distinguished them from anything manmade.

For an entire object the size of a ‘Volkswagen Beetle’ perhaps (or more) to emanate light as bright as a welding torch requires a tremendous source and supply of electrical energy (current and voltage), far greater than that provided by the comparative low current, low voltage, low discharge rate batteries used to power display drones with LED lights. The electrical current and voltage necessary to generate such illumination, and power the multiple systems, functions and capabilities of the craft or device, including anti-gravitational flight, craft acceleration, high velocity motion, high maneuverability, invisibility, and trans-medium travel, to name a few, is enormous. And the UFOs were not small display sized drones either.

In addition to the objects brightness was how contained the light was around the main object. This suggested an equally powerful electromagnetic field containing the electrical discharge (the artificially generated ion plasma). Contained by its mass of electricity and corresponding magnetic field, its form and very high frequency sono-thermo-electro-magneto-discharge rate, the luminous UFO looked like its physics could solve our energy crisis.

Another way to distinguish a non-manmade aerial object from a manmade one is through its performance: its flight characteristics.

Apart from both UFOs hovering and one, towards the end of the sighting, flying forwards and backwards suddenly without altering its speed, was the fact that both UFOs, in different moments, quickly accelerated from a stationary position.

The UFOs appearance (self-illumination, brightness and containment) and performance (hovering and abrupt maneuvers) differentiated them from anything manmade. For their size the UFOs silence also differentiated them.

While two ‘car-sized’ drones might not be heard on a windless day, from 1½+ miles away, I don’t know, they can be ruled out by other factors previously mentioned and not mentioned, including observer responsiveness.

As yet no manmade aerial drone, remotely operated and or by onboard AI, is Conscious and therefore capable of Superconscious perception.

Like many other encounters I have experienced the Extraterrestrial Intelligences operating the UFOs were responsive to ‘non-local’ observer Consciousness, verbal and non-verbal communication and positive emotion. Physically I was standing just over 1½ miles away. Psychically there was no distance.

Through their responsiveness to observation, verbal and non-verbal communication and positive emotion the two unidentified Extraterrestrial aerial craft could be mistaken for ball plasmas, which are also self-luminous, spherical in shape, fly under intelligent control, can be highly maneuverable, silent and equally responsive to observer Consciousness. With this being the case it’s not surprising ball plasma can in turn be mistaken for Extraterrestrial aerial technology, yet as with their luminosity there are distinct differences between the two and once recognized, visually and or psychically, it’s possible to identify one from another (most of the time).

For example ball plasmas can pulsate, appear with a flash or flashes, or not, but they do not flash continuously or intermittently, regularly or irregularly, and faster than an airplane and helicopter navigation or other lights, and emit multiple wavelengths of light as intensely as artificially generated trans-medium ion plasma.

I have observed more than 100 ball plasmas and not one flashed as manmade and Extraterrestrial aerial technology does, and thousands of ‘non-physical’ (pre-plasma) light flashes, invisible to the human eye in an ordinary state of Consciousness, yet visible in a Superconscious state of awareness, and to infrared sensitive film, cameras and equipment, and not one of those flashed in the same manner either.

Having eliminated what the two UFOs were not: manmade aerial objects such as airplanes, loitering helicopters and display drones; and non-manmade aerial objects such as natural and Supernatural fair weather ball plasmas, what were they and who’s were they?

Simply put they were unidentified Extraterrestrial aerial objects. While I don’t know which Extraterrestrial Intelligences responded to my CE5 request and video initiative it’s very possible the same ETIs that responded to previous initiatives, I conducted in California and Wiltshire, responded. What I do know is the UFOs were technological, Extraterrestrial and the non-human intelligences involved benevolent.

Extraterrestrial aerial objects, operating within the Earth’s atmosphere, come in three sizes:

Small, medium and large, unmanned, Device sized objects.
Small, medium and large, unmanned and manned, Craft sized objects.
Extra-Large, Enormous, manned, Mothership sized objects.

The unidentified Extraterrestrial aerial objects I observed and videotaped above the flooded wood appeared to be small ‘craft’ sized objects, like the same or similar videotaped above Mexico City, Los Angeles, Santa Monica and other cities, and areas, around the world forming UFO ‘Fleets’, UFO ‘Stacks’ and UFO ‘Containers’.

Several or more craft sized spheres flying in a uniformly or non-uniformly arranged formation are commonly referred to as a UFO Fleet, or UFO ‘Flotilla’, and when closely arranged together, in various configurations, seemingly contained by their shared luminous energy or electromagnetism, UFO Fleet Containers or UFO Containers.

As mentioned previously when both UFOs reduced their luminosity to a soft opaque white glow they looked identical to self-luminous spheres Kris and I observed, videotaped and photographed, above North West Santa Monica in 2006 and 2007 (Fig.7a & 7b).

They also looked identical to self-luminous spheres observed, videotaped and photographed above Mexico, and around the world, in increasing numbers, since the Total Solar Eclipse of July 11th, 1991, which Mayan priests more than 1200 years ago prophesized would usher in a new era of ‘Cosmic Awareness’, ‘Earth Changes’ and a return of the ‘Lords of the Stars’.

Perhaps the same Lords of the Stars had responded to my CE5 request. Having sensed, experienced and acknowledged the presence of Extraterrestrial Intelligences since I was a child; recognized and proclaimed the Mayan Prophesy affirmed in the skies above Mexico, and around the world, since the Total Solar Eclipse of July 11th, 1991, and upon the earth in the Wiltshire wheat fields, through several non-manmade Crop Circle signs and communications, in July and August 1991 (including the Tawsmead Copse Crop Circle pictogram); and observed many self-luminous, and non-self-luminous, spheres, containers and more, since the historic eclipse, it’s possible.

The two unidentified Extraterrestrial aerial craft near Milton Lilbourne also looked similar to, though larger than, an intermittently self-luminous, unidentified Extraterrestrial aerial object, I clairvoyantly sensed and observed, with two additional witnesses, one of which photographed the object as it continuously alternated from a non-self-luminous, reflective, metallic rimmed disk to a self-luminous opaque white sphere, flying slowly on more than one axis, on a straight and level course near Avebury, in Wiltshire, on August 24th, 1991.

Often a SLS is simply that: a self-illuminated spherical shaped object, and sometimes not.

A ‘Self-Luminous Sphere’ (SLS) can be any type of Extraterrestrial aerial ‘object’ that is, or appears to be, spherical in shape when self-illuminated. These are Extraterrestrial craft and devices that can generate a sphere of light, a spherical discharge, an ion plasma ‘envelope’, around them. The objects emitting the light sphere tend to range from perfectly spherical to elliptical, ‘disk’, ‘dome’, ‘plate’, ‘saucer’, ‘cigar’, ‘tick-tack’ and hockey-puck’ shaped metallic objects when not self-illuminated.

Sometimes it’s clearly discernable which form of craft or device is generating the light sphere, or ‘dark sphere’ when it’s perhaps absorbing all wavelengths of visible light, and sometimes not. Thus if the object emitting the light sphere isn’t visible and more identifiable at some point its simply logged: a Self-Luminous Sphere or SLS: a self-luminous Unidentified Extraterrestrial Aerial Object that is, or appears to be, spherical in shape due to its form and or degree of self-illumination.
 
Near and above where Kris and I were living and conducting daylight CE5s in North West Santa Monica (a city near Los Angeles) most self-luminous spheres were metallic, reflective, spherical shaped objects when not self-illuminated. Were the two UFOs near Milton Lilbourne the same? Possibly, though I couldn’t see this, unlike numerous occasions above North West Santa Monica when the UFO wasn’t self-luminous or continuously self-luminous. Either way, the same or similar, it was another unforgettable double Extraterrestrial aerial craft sighting and CE5 response.

In my Close Encounters of the ‘First’ to the ‘Fifth’ Kind Log I would log the UFO encounter near Milton Milbourne, on April 7, 2025, as: a ‘Close Encounter of the Second Kind’ or CE2, and an interactive Close Encounter of the Fifth Kind or CE5, with two unidentified Extraterrestrial aerial  technology (not phenomena) type UFOs.
